Erin and I made an offer on a $270,000 home yesterday. We took a home-buying class last Saturday and made an offer only a week later. We have never purchased a house before. We are so nervous! Though, to make it a bit better, we have hired one of the best Realtors in the Seattle area. He is a stickler for the details and really knows all the tricks in the home buying process. Right now we are just waiting for the seller to accept our offer, which should happen today if all goes well. Fingers crossed!
