We got mutual acceptance on our offer with the seller! That means we are 50% of the way done with the buying process! We get to have the proerty inspected on Tuesday and barring any serious problems, we are done! It has been a stressful week, but we are finally almost done. The seller agreed to pay up to $6500 of our closing costs as well. With the zero down mortgage we are getting, that means we won't have to pay any money at closing. Erin and I are elated. More later.
