Our asshole loser of a president is at it again. He has vowed to VETO any bill, bipartisan or not, that has to do with increasing stem cell research. The bill in question has the support of over 200 house members in total. Some from each party. In fact, the bill is co-authored by a republican and demorcrat.

My favorite quote from this article is "I made it very clear to the Congress that the use of federal money, taxpayers' money, to promote science which destroys life in order to save life - I'm against that," Bush said Friday during a White House photo session with Danish Prime Minister Fogh Rasmussen. "And therefore, if that bill does that, I will veto it."

I guess destroying life in order to save oil democracy is ok though.

Why are the republicans so intent on securing John Bolton's nomination as our voice to the UN? He clearly has his own agenda and doesn't care what the rest of the world thinks of us. I just don't see how anyone can think it makes sense to nominate him. That and he looks like a serial rapist... or a backwoods hick from 1820. One of the two.

I can't believe it is already two weeks into May. The days are getting quite long, and it is starting to really warm up. How does time seem to fly by sometimes?

I know it has been a while since I have checked in. Been busy with all the moving and stuff in a way. Though, if I had wanted to, I'm sure I could have found some time to update. So I am only lying to myself by saying I was too busy.
