Keep Out

Parts of Gasworks park are currently closed because of tar that is bubbling up through the ground. Ewww.

Conor

My nephew Conor smiling for the camera. After ever shot I took he would ask to see it on the camer's screen and then laugh.

The reflection of the sky in his eyes is a bonus.

Erin bought me a LOMO LC-A+ for my birthday yesterday. I ran through a 36 roll within 24 hours. This is one her (an my) favorites from that roll.

Beach Fun

This is one way people have fun on a Washington Coast beach in bad weather. I'm pretty sure the water is way to cold even in July.

Bumbershoot Static Invasion

Erin and I found ourselves with two free tickets to Bumbershoot day #1 on Saturday. We went and saw St. Vincent, checked out the art in and around the NW Rooms (along with all the sweet Static Invasion clings, some of which are now on surfaces around our home), went to The Moth's "Sex, Drugs, and Rock and Roll" storytelling, and saw Gogol Bordello play. 10 hours of crazy fun times.
